Smile, you are wonderful! Vandaag weer weegdag, ik was heel zenuwachtig want de vorige twee keer was het resultaat teleurstellend. Maar ik begon al met een kleine overwinning op mezelf. Ik kon namelijk met gemak de vele trappen op rennen naar de 3e verdieping waar mijn consulent zit. En dat na hard fietsen door de regen. Het hardlopen werkt dus echt al met mijn conditie. Dat gaf mij al een hele boost. Yes erg blij mee! Sushi, heerlijk toetje, wijntje en de dag erna heerlijk ontbijt! .
